Question

I need to know if a convicted child molestor or sex ...

I need to know if a convicted child molestor or sex offender in Georgia that is a landlord is allowed to rent or on the property when their is children present? or if they are legally supposed to inform me that they are convicted and a registered sex offender? ( I was not informed at all before I signed the ,lease or before he came into home)If you will also include statutes to support your answer.

Nah this is a friend,

she got a place and signed lease met a the landlords wife did paper work etc.. I was with her not once did she say that her hubby was a convicted child molestor. He even came to the house with her kids there and as part of probation he is not allowed in that area. We want to know did he have to tell her he was a registered sex offender before they rented the place to her.
