bought a mobile home from an indpendet bussness man when i went to pay it off he couldn't produce a title and knew he didn't own it and there was a lein at key bank on it it was some womans and that the taxes hadn't been paid I couldn't even pay the taxes i owed because of the back taxes he tried to get me to pay him a lower sum than i owed and not worry about the title i would not now i got a notice he is sueing me for back rent more than the amount he wrote and agreed on my purpuce papers I had the home moved to a lot i pay rent at a lot not his and did about $7000.00 of repairs to the home iasked for the title and i would pay him the $2000.00 LEFT OWED 0n the home but thats when he told me about not having the title and trying to get me to do something that didn't seem legal is thi fraud under the Georgia Bill ?
