I would like to know what is aggervated battery as a state charge and what kind of penalty does it hold?
I reside inthe state of Georgia and a fight occured in a night club. It involved my bestfriend and a total stranger. The total stranger was hospitalized with a broken jaw and my friend was arrested and charged with aggervated battery by the state.
