MY WIFE AND MYSELF BOUGHT A HOME IN FL IN 2000. MY WIFE WAS NOT WITH ME AT CLOSEING. I SINGED THE SALES CONTRACT. THE PROPERTY WAS LISTED AS MY NAME A MARRIED MAN. IN 2004 I FILED A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM ME TO A COMPANY I OWNED(SOLEY) NO SHARE HOLDERS.SIX MO. LATER I QUIT CLAMED THE DEED BACK TO MYSELF.MY WIFE WAS UNAWARE OF THIS TRANSATION.MY WIFE SAYS I CAN NOT TRANSFERR HER PARTAITON OF THE PRPERTY AND THE QUIT CLAIM ONLY COVERIES MY PORTION OF THE PROPERTY.HER NAME WAS NOT ON THE ORIGIONAL DEED , BUT IT DID SAY A MARRIED MAN.DOES SHE STILL HAVE RIGHTS TO THE PROPERTY?
