Good Morning, I need some help in finding on what my recourse is in this matter, to make along story short, we have been getting calls from a bank in NY called the bank of melon, when we answer we get a beep, not a fax machine but a beep, we run a business and it is getting very annoying, Has been going on for about 2 1/2 months now and it wont stop, I have called them 5 times about this matter and now it is getting bad, We have called the phone company to see what can be done and was told we have to go to the police station and file a complaint, I have talked to a woman their all 5 times and she knows my name by heart, will not let me speak to someone higher than her, if there any recourse we can take as a small business company to make the harassment stop, Thank You, Customer (name blocked for privacy), Edgewater, Florida
