I have a Florida CDL class A drivers license with Hazmat ...

I have a Florida CDL class A drivers license with Hazmat endorsement. I was issued 3 citations on one stop . I hired an attorney to attend on my behalf, was adjudicated guilty on all 3 citations totaling 9 points. I applied for a rehearing and was denied. I feel I was cited unfairly and would like to ask is there anything else I can do to clear any or all points. Thank You

The rehearing was denied. No,have not filed an appeal to a higher court.

I do not unerstand why your attorney did not file an appeal. Your recourse is not to file a for a new hearing, but to appeal to the next higher level.

You can appeal on any number of grounds, including the sentence amounting to a restriction of trade. That it did not afford you an opportunity to continue to earn a living.

The only thing you can do is appeal this case to the next higher court to amend the sentence so that you can continue to ply your trade.
