how do I clear 2 charges that I missed court for because I live in NY and they are in florida I was stopped on routing traffic -given 2 tickets and taken to jail because of pending tickets not paid in another county-which since have been paid

to pay online and called. They say I must either surrender at the jail or issue a motion & order of continuance
