In Pensacola Florida (Escambia County), What is the fire code for owners/renters concerning grilling (Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills and Electric Grills) on multi-story condo decks/patios?

Ok, I am in Florida myself. Just about an hours drive east of you. I can find no on line codes to give you an exact answer.

Contact the Florida Fire Marshals Office at the link below and get clarification there.

I would also suggest contacting the Pensacola Fire Inspector as he himself would have the codes of both the State of Florida and adopted codes for P-Cola. They will be able to perhaps help you faster.

I do know that here in PC Beach many do use grills on the balconies but some Associations do not allow this due to fire safety. P-Cola may have adopted their own individual Codes to allow or not allow this.

So to fully answer you question I would contact the above persons to obtain the exact Code for Pensacola.
