Arizona family law - misconduct with a firearm, domestic violence. if victim had made statements due to confusion from past abuse in other relations and panic set in, now even sure what was said, was confused about what actually happened until was able to calm down and think clearly, how can the charges and statements be dismissed what needs to be done by the victim to correct the situation?
