I went to a local family law attorney today. She said I am being extorted for money and advised me to immediately go to the local magistrate to file federal interstate (email threats) extortion charges and put an end to the nonsense. I did go but they can't. A detective from the local police is looking into it based on documents and emails but he was unsure too. So far this year, I was intimidated into taking a 26800 personal loan, pay 4000 or so in support payments above order (so far)and am now supposed to either cosign, take a loan out, or pay 30000 more by tomorrow. The first loan was in May. My daughter is 10 months past graduation and 18 in feb. and exwife is in forclosure trying to save her house and money is being demanded for college but I can't be sure that is where it will go nor do I have any order to do so by the courts. She plans to tie me up in civil @ family courts and make life miserable in WI. I live in VA. Where do I go or who do I go to as advised by lawyer?
