i am a seventeen year old mom and i live in indiana. me and my boyfriend wanted to get married. is it true that if im an underaged parent am i considered an adult and dont need my parents signature?

thank you so much for taking time to answer my question for me. but i dont quite understand. would i have to go to michigan to get married? because i dont really want to go somewhere else to do that. does indiana law go under the same circumstances?
