need to get establish a parenting plan but have a no contact order against me by wife. She has apparently retained a lawyer but has not pursued the matter. We have no property or personal to split. We have been seperated almost a year and all I want is to see my baby girl. With me not being able to contact her how do I go about seeing my daughter
