My ex-husband tapes our phone conversations. Would he be able to use this information in court even though I did not consent to him recording these? I live in Minnesota and he lives in Oklahoma.

Neither state is a two party state. Meaning that only one party (your ex) needs to know of the recordings. It is up to a judge to rule whether they may or may not be used as evidence. They must be relevant to the case. Let me know if you need further assistance.
