My husband is being sued for a business deal gone

My husband of less than 2 years joined in a business venture with 2 other people. They formed an LLC and the business venture went sour. He is being sued by one of the partners. He has no assets, and I have my pre-marital assets that are in my name only. Can that partner come after me? I have not signed any documents having anything to do with that business venture.
