I resigned due to a sergeant harrassing me. The job became unsafe. I gave two weeks notice. The sergeant got scared after I resigned and but derogatory statements in my file. I asked the department to remove the statements beause they were dated when I was not an employee there. I've already lost my certificate. The department said that the public records act prevents them from removing hem.

Did FDLE take your Certification from you and why. I am in Florida and Retired from the State of Florida. Let me know if there were any Investigations done by FDLE prior to your certification being taken away from FDLE and Standards and Training in Tallahassee. Did you file any suit against the department or the officer.
