MY JOB HAS NOW FIRED ME FOR NOT TURNING OVER MY COMPLETE MEDICAL FILE TO THEM. I HAD CANCER IN REMISSION AND I WENT TO A THROAT SPECIALIST TO SEE IF I AM OKAY. HE WROTE A REPORT TO MY JOB SAYING THEIR IS NO FURTHER SIGNS AND THAT MY THROAT WAS FINE/ THE JOB ACCEPTED THAT BUT STILL WANTS ALL MY UNION SAYS THAT I SHOULD TURN OVER THE FILE BECAUSE WHEN I APPLIED FOR THIS JOB I SIGNED IT AND IT SUPPOSEDLY GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DEMAND ALL MEDICAL INFORMATION THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO AND THE PAPER I SIGNED IS STILL IN MY FILE I DO NOT RECALL THAT IT GAVE THE EMPLOYER THE RIGHT TO DEMAND MY MEDICAL RECORDS WHAT DO I DO NOW
