i am an immigrant from the country Jamaica, i am here on a student visa and i lost my sponserer, i really want to stay here and finish my education so i want to know if instead of staying here on my student visa, without a sponseser and cannot work, i want to know if immigration will allow me to stay here in the states and apply for a hb2 visa where i can work and do school part time?
