I know someone who is 19 yrs old. has been here since he was 13. he came with his passport legally and with a student visa. his parents let his visa expire before he turned 18 and he was not aware of any of this. Now that he is 19 yrs old he wants to know what can be done for him to become a legal resident or citizen. he can not continue his education or find a job becuase of his legal status. what can be done?
