I was out of work for 3 months because of an ankle injury. I have returned to work but I am not at 100%. I am a retail store manager and I am required to stand a lot. I asked my district manager if I could do some more work at my desk and put a chair behind the register. She originally agreed but is now giving me a hard time about it. isn't it the law that the employer needs to make reasonable accommodations for me?
