we own an condo apartment in puerto rico. we were told that a particular parking space belongs to the apartment. This space has been used by the apartment owners for the last 35 years with no one contesting its use. now 8 years after we bought the condo we are told that we do not own it and can not use it. the parking space is shown on our servey papers as assigned space but not on our deed. what can we do to correct is problem? if this space has been use by the owner of the apartment for the last 35 years with no one contesting its ownership or use what rights to we have?
