My husband manipulated and lied to me, by telling me that i had to sign a quit deed claim, claiming that we were divocing in order to get the loan in his name only. I signed the quit deed trusting him and he locked me out and won't give me keys. We are due to move out of our old resident as early as January 31,2007, leaving me and our child homeless. What can I do?
