i live in morgan hill, ca with my boyfriend, his brother and uncle who just recently got locked up. grandparents owned the house we currently stay in and the siblings are selling it. we are being currently told that the house has been sold. we have received nothing on paper to let us know this and that we have to leave. the sherrifs came over today because one of the siblings told them we received only an eviction notice 9 months ago and to get us out. i'm not sure if the sibling lied to the sherrifs about notice or anything else but like i mentioned 9 months ago eviciton letter was received they did not us to court and let us remain here and recieve money for rent. how can we get the sherrifs to leave us alone since there is no court papers of any sort
