I am paying on a hosptial debt, which they have accepted every month and still they have turned me over to a credit collection agency that is now threatening me with having a police officer coming to my house with court papers. If they have accepted my payment...it's not as much as they want me to pay..but is paid each month since I sent them letters stating how much I was able to pay..being without income and without insurance..are they able to harrass me like this?
