I have 3 seperate bad checks on different dates buit from the same individualin the amount of $5000,00 each. I filed three seperate cases. Is this one case or 3 cases. What is the effect if the Judge wishes to consolidate the cases to expediate the matter , I filed in small claims court which has a limit of $6000.00. This case is in Marion County Indiana
