I started having an affair and the more I got involved with this person the more I wanted out of my marriage. My lover was willing to do anything to get me to leave including paying all my rent, buying me what ever I wanted, giving me money for a divorce, just about anything, he also had told me not to worry about repaying him back because he just wants to make me happy. A few months ago my husband and I decided to try and work things out again, I am now back with my husband. My ex lover is threatening to take me to court over everything he bought and payed for even though he said it was all a gift and would never have to be repayed. Can he do this? help
