My friend tried to commit suicide in NC. She got sent to WV to a mental hospital and was court ordered 10 hours of therapy. That was 9 months ago and still has two hours left. Can they make her stay in the state and have someone be responsible for her until her ordered therapy is done. She is 33 years old and has terminal cancer.
