I have been served incorrectly I''m sure with a Notice of Comtempt hearing before a superior court judge. I was not served with documents to attend an examination hearing. Although I do know what the whole thing is about I''m not sure what to do next - I am in ill health and under Doctors supervision. Part of the problem is high blood pressure and irregular heart rate - needless to say bad nerves. Obviously this is not something I can cope with at present.Please advise be of options if any.
