i was arrested on a DUI. when i first went to court the judge said prosecuter most likely will throw it out and to plead not guilty. blood count, by the time it was taken, was .09. i planned to plead guilty but did not get a chance to talk to the public defender ahead of time. she never answered my calls. at court she pulled me aside to quickly get my story then coerced me into pleading no contest, painting a bleak picture. After having sat for 3 hours, and being disabled with peripheral nerve damage on one side, i plead no contest. i am not guilty and want to change my plea. what can i do? Do i have any recourse at all. I plead no contest under diress.
