Sent to Legal Experts December 20, 2007 1:48 p.m.

I won a judgment from my previous employer for in excess of $60,000(should have been a lot more) based on my interest(78%) in monitoring agreements that I established. They declared bankruptcy rather than pay, changed their corporate name and continued on in business. These agreements net $3000 monthly and have done so for seven years now yet the bankruptcy trustee "compromised" for $3000(their fee). These agreements are marketable, saleable, transferable and valuable yet the trustee has ignored them. They hired a lawyer and I couldn''t because they have all my money. What can I do--where can I go?
