How do I file a 13d form at the sec ? If it can be done on line then where? Wher do I finf the form. Can it be done via hard copy?

Already Tried:
Went to the sec site. Went to edgar site,but I can only get 13 d's that have been filed by oyrhe people. I want to do where I find the form and how to file it.

Pennsylvania's Department of State has all their corporate forms available online by clicking here. You won't find the 13d here, but it a useful site for many state corporate documents.

Of course, the SEC 13d form is not a state form but is a federal form. It is Form ID #1746 (see here), and the SEC provides their online forms here.

Unfortunately, I did not see 13d or Form 1746 on the list of forms provided online. It is also referred to as "OMB Number: 3235-0145," and like you, I was unable to find a blank one online or instructions for filing one online.

You can request documents from the SEC at this email address: certified@sec.gov . Their general info email address is: publicinfo@sec.gov .
