My 90 day trial period at my current job ended Oct. 30, 2007. Today the boss called me in for my review (11/07/07) and told me that they were starting my trial period again. He said that this is because I have not had all my trainging yet. The trainer is from corporate and was unable to make it to town. Is it my fault that the co. did not provide all the training in a timely manner? Can they put me on another 90 day trial period after my first 90 days was up over a week ago?
