HER HUSBAND CASHED IN THE BENEFITS, BUT THEY WERE IN A MIDDLE OF A DIVORCE, WHEN SHE PASSED AWAY, AND THE DATE FOR THE PROBATE JUDGE TO PUT THE ACCOUNT INTO THE TRUST HAD NOT HAPPENED YET.HE WAS AWARE OF THE TRUST AND THAT HE WAS NOT TO GET ANYTHING.HE WAS LISTED AS THE BENEFICAIRY 10 YEARS AGO. AND THE TRUST WAS MADE JULY 31 2007 AND SHE PASSED AWAY ON AUG 26 2007.
