I own a franchise and just purchased the territory next to the one I own. My corporate office sent me the paper work and approved me for the expansion. I signed the papers, sent the check and re-signed my current lease in good faith. I either need to expand or move on. I come to find that the have sold the territory to another person. Two people own the territory. It has been a month and they are leaving me hanging with no decision. What are my options?
