I saw that- I was looking for a copy of the actual registration statement the company filed on May 14, 1985 when it was incorporated.

Perhaps I can call the registrant (Harvard Business Services) in Delaware in the morning and ask if they have an archive of some sort. I wonder if those documents are open to the public?

I will accept anyways if you don't know where to find such a document. You have been very helpful on both questions you have responded to.

Regretfully, I cannot locate the 1985 registration statement for Coversion Solutions Holdings Corp. As you had mentioned, I would first contact Harvard Business Services and then Investor Relations.
