Reply to LegalEagle, LLC's Post: The company I worked for at the time said they have an "Open Door Policy" for any problem we may have. The client of the company I worked for also said they have an "Open Door Policy" to resolve any problems or concerns that otherwise couldn't be resolved. I was terminated for going to the client with a problem that the company I worked for refused to resolve, of which involved a person employeed by the client. The client being a large oil company. I was using the "Open Door Policy" in attempt to resolve a problem, but instead of getting help to resolve the problem, I got fired. The way I see it is the "Open Door Policy" is a lie, a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth; a falsehood.

Is LegalEagle, LLC on retainer by any oil company?
