How do I sue in small claims court an out of state company

If the goods or products of this out of state company affected you in your state...then you can raise a claim in your state, the reason being is that you were "injured or damageD" in the state your purchased them. It doesn't matter where corporate office is only where you were affected to bring a claim.

I hope I answered the question, this is why I was asking all those relevant questions.

Reply to Lawyer, Broker 's Post: You are incorrect. Some states such as Conneticut require that the company own or operate property in the state for Small Claims to have jurisdiction. I wanted to know if Pennsylvania had such a requirement.
