An employee that quit working for our church is using my personal bank statements and the church's, to bring out some false accusation. Can he use someone's personal and corporate bank statements without permission to prove his point?

It would be certainly considered grounds for at least invasion of privacy if not defamation/slander/libel. If a person publishes (orally or in writing) someone's personal information, even if it is true, then they could be liable for invasion of privacy. If the person makes statements that they know are false when they make them or makes the with reckless disregard for the truth, and you are actually damaged by the statements financially, then you have a defamation claim.

Additionally, he may have committed theft depending upon how he got the statements and you can file charges against the person for that theft. I believe you should hire a lawyer now and prepare to bring suit against the person before he even tries to use your information for fraudulent purposes.
