How can self-funded health insurance plans be forced to pay ...

How can self-funded health insurance plans be forced to pay corporate service providers/suppliers (i.e.non-physician surgical assistants) that are credentialed in such facility but not an employee of that facility, for services already provided, in good faith, in which the facility is contracted with for all services and providers on staff to be authorized to provide and be reimbursed for.

WHY HASN'T THERE BEEN AN ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION YET. THERE HAS BEEN PLENTY OF TIME. THIS IS A HEALTHCARE RELATED QUESTION THAT PERTAINS TO MEDICAL HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AS WELL AS THE PATIENT THAT HAS NOT RECEIVED PROPER COVERAGE FOR INPATIENT HOSPITAL SERVICES.
