can someone take you to court for an email address
our names are completely different
someone is herrassing me about my email address being homebass and there's is 4thbase.

I often say, anyone can sue anyone for anything. Whether he can win is a different question.

Beyond that, I really don't understand your question. When you say "take you to court for an email address" do you mean try to keep you from using an email address? What do you mean by "homebass" and 4thbase?"

Our email address is homebass@sublevelcalifornia.com there's is 4thbase like the baseball academy
well how can they have copyright to that name used by the baseball academy 4thbase our business name is Sublevel not homebass or 4thbase. our email address is homebass they are trying to make us look like we are using homebass as a business name when in actual fact it's just an email address.
here is the email they sent

     JD and Associates is informing a lawsuit pending

4thbase has been copyrighted by Mr. Richard Seiheiling

Anything such as "homebass, homebase, etc." is in violation of copyright and damages include %70.00 of all earnings made by Sublevel Inc.
