we were renting a home in arizona that our landlord put up for preforclosure sale. He dissolved our lease with him and refunded our deposit & allowed us to stay in the house rent free until forclosure or sale (whichever came first). We were never notified as to status of the home. Today I was notified by the buyer''s agent that he is closing on the home tomorrow and wishes us to vacant the home without notice tomorrow. She very brutally explained to me that she and the buyer owe us nothing not even notice and as we are just living here not currently renting we have no rights and we have to vacate now. We don''t have any resources available to us to manage this. What are our rights when do we have to vacate the premises?

Optional Information:
Gilbert, Arizona

Already Tried:
contacting all the realtors etc to determine if we have more time to move. Reasearched tenant law in AZ, but it is unclear in this situation. Buyer's realtor states he is unwilling to negotiate, he wants us out.
