I intial a home day care contract in kansas and it read if for any reason it terminated I would owe 4 weeks of payment . I removed my children due to issues regarding inproper feeding and poor care, they have contacted a collection agency to get $800 dollars from me. What can I do, is the contract valid in kansas, in my opinion it was breached for mulitple issues.
