can 2 adults that are already married to other persons - get married to each other secretly and not go to jail if either one is using the other in forms of taxes, etc

yes..they are still with other people (1 20yrs - the other 25 years)but have known and loved each other for over 33 years. They can not get out of the exsisting marriages for several reason, but have kept the secret of thier relationship going for 33 years. They want the cermony of a secret marriage with each other and will not use the contract for any other perpose.

Thats all it could be, a ceremony. It would not hold any weight or substance legally, and depending on what religion you are, spiritually either. You could have your own ceremony, if that is your wish, but it would be in no way biding to either of you considering you are already married.
