Hi I am located in Florida. I have a paid training question. In a daycare business, I have an administrator train new teachers for 12 hours, this requires the administration to be with that teacher all day. All employees sign a contract stating that if they are terminated before the 90 day period, all training will be deducted from their last paycheck. Is this leagal to do? I have heard daycares in this area do not pay for two weeks until after their 90 day probation, if they are terminated or quit, they do not get the two weeks paid. What can you you give me as advice!
