In the State of Maryland, is there a right to rescind law pertaining to a business contract?

After searching Maryland does have a right to rescind for certain franchise business contracts. Individuals have a right to rescind certain home financing options, but the only right to rescind for business contracts that I could find are franchise contracts. I hope this helps.
