What can I do if I purchase a van but each time I got a van there is something wrong with it, and the dealership won't take it back or cancel the contract? I just bought a van but each time I get a van it has some kind of problem with it. I took the van back three times in hope that I could get a van in good working condition, now I took the last van back to them and told them that I wanted to cancel the deal but the car dealers said that they won't take the van back but in the contract it says that I have until the notification letter of financing to return the car. I haven't recieved the letter so I returned the van back. Now they are making threats to repo the van and call the sheriff
