I worked for a large corporation for almost six years without any form of displinary actions for the duration of my employment. Then 6 months ago or so under a new supervisor I appealed to my HR Dept. and appealed the written warning to no avail, also appealed to Mangment as I saw this supervisor was doing every thing possible to make me lose my job. When it happened I had to recourse and due to my work history had no issues until she was my supervisor. My question is do I have any recourse to appeal my dismissal as I feel I was personally harrassed and age age discrimnation was also a factor. Please advise if it would be worth my time and a lawyers to pursue to petition to get my job back? Thanks so much. Jen
