My daughter just signed papers to purchase a new Honda ...

My daughter just signed papers to purchase a new Honda car in Washington state and agreed to pay several thousand dollars over sticker price. This was hef first car buying experience and she got "shafted". Does she have any recourse? Are there "cooling off" laws in Washington state?
