LOANED MONEY TO SON ;NOW REGRETTING IT !!

MY QUESTION IS...I HAVE LOANED MY SON AROUND $25,000 IN THE LAST 5 YEARS ,TO HELP PAY OFF HIS DEBTS AND HOUSE PAYMENTS, AND UTILITY BILLS ,ETC...HIS EX- WIFE HELP PUT HIM IN SO MUCH DEBT FOR 18 YEARS AND OF COURSE I HELPED THEM GET OUT OF THOSE DEBT'S EACH TIME..BUT IN THE LAST 5 YRS. AGAIN HE NEEDED MY HELP AND PROMISED TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO PAY ME BACK ,AND STILL I HAVE TO HELP HIM OUT EVERY BLUE MOON! SOME MONTHS I DONT RECIEVE ANY PAYMENTS FROM HIM AND I FEEL I CANT HANDLE NOT BEING PAID BACK WHEN PROMISED TOO.. SO I HAVE HEARD ALL THE EXCUSES I NEED TO HEAR AND SO I WROTE HIM A LETTER AND ASKED FOR $300.00 A MONTH FROM HIM OR I WOULD TAKE HIM TO COURT!     HE HASNT ANSWERED MY LETTER SO I WAS WONDERING THAT IF I HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT (BY ME)AND HE SIGNED IT SAYING HE WOULD PAY ME BACK;AND NOW THAT HE ISN'T WHAT CAN I DO ??? CAN I TAKE HIM TO COURT TO GET MY MONEY AND TRY TO GARNISH HIS WAGES OR WHAT ? PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS YOU CAN WITH THIS:: THANK YOU ....... MARTIN DUNCAN
