You cannot be forced to change anything that involves your right to privacy or your person. However as you have an "at-will" employment contract, your employer can terminate employment for any reason, so long as you have not been discriminated under a protected class recognized by the
EEOC. Unfortunately, right of privacy is not a recognized protected class.
Right of privacy is separate cause of action where you can recover damages if you have suffered damages as a result. Based on the information you have provided, there are no damages. If you object and then are terminated you may have a cause of action against the co-workers or employer for invasion of privacy as you lost your job (damages).
