Orange phone company is trying to charge me line

Orange phone company is trying to charge me line rental service, photo messaging service and orange world access plus vat for a phone i don't use as it is a faultu phone. They are charging me from November 2006. I have told them on several occassions that the phone was faulty before i stoped using it. What do I do.

Are the charges for a land line or cell service?

Did you sign a contract what were the terms of service?

Reply to County Research's Post: am in London. The United Kingdom. They are charging for both line and cell service. They also trying to say i made calls on the phone in january when i never used the phonesince december.

Hmm what is the phone company name, because I will need to research this. Rule in the UK are very different from rules in the US.
